We are looking for an experienced sales manager to build and lead our sales team in a hands-on manner, while developing and implementing new sales processes. We are looking for a hard-working person with proven sales experience, driven and motivated by success with great communication and interpersonal skills.
Building and leading a team of sales agents
Delivering against agreed team sales objectives as measured in number of memberships sold to end customers
Hands on sales calls for around 75% of the shift
Developing and refining sales pitches, call scripts, etc
Training the team
Monitoring day to day sales operations, incl. monitoring call volumes, reports, listening to calls and providing the team with actionable feedback to improve performance
Mother tongue English level
A natural sales person with at least 2 years hands-on sales experinece to consumers over the phone with a proven track record in generating substantial sales
Supervisor or management experience are a plus
Availablility to work during US office hours
